Please come in and register at the CYC's REGISTRATION KIOSK anytime we are open! You may also print the Parent Permission Form and Registration Form and mail them in to the CYC. To get your payment in to the CYC, send your check with the completed Parent Permission and Registration Forms to Christian Youth Center, PO Box 2454, Joliet, IL 60434. You may also pay on line via check, savings, or credit card. Just click on Make a Donation Now and designate that you wish your funds be applied to "Sports Ministry". |

Registration Fee $80 ($5 less each addition child...i.e. 80, 75, 70, 65 etc.) Referral REWARD: $10 back or off for each person that registers because of your referral. They have to be new to the CYC. Please notify a staff member regarding this. |
