Funny Vessel...You
should have seen it. My 2 year old Caleb is learning how to go to the
bathroom all by himself. So imagine what his face looked like when I
went into Home Depot and was walking down the isle that had 30 toilets
right out in the open. He just stared at all of them. I had to convince
him that he could not use one of them right now...because he wanted to.
It was funny! The toilet is a vessel. It is
used for a rather ignoble purpose. We are a vessel. We can be used for
the noblest of all purposes. Being used for God's Glory! Today, I read
Psalm 65...vs 5 says, "You answer us with awesome deeds of
righteousness, O God our Saviour, the hope of all the ends of the
earth..." Funny...God in heaven chooses to work through our prayers...Please take a prayer walk and with a childlike faith, invite God's spirit to do hundreds and thousands of things that only God can do. He is worth it! God bless, Lee |
